A couple of years ago, several experts from Tom’s Guide had tested nine phone carriers, and although it was an endless debate about which one would make the top of the list, one thing remained the same: the prepaid phone plan at Walmart was the worst.
Straight Talk Wireless, Walmart’s prepaid phone plan, had the worst LTE speed of all nine phone carriers.
