Living and sleeping in high-humidity environments have several effects on our bodies. Prolonged exposure to high humidity could easily lead to fatigue, fainting, and even heart stroke. Plus, in most cases, the exercise equipment placed in a bedroom ends up being your favorite hanger.

Find another place for your fitness equipment and make sure the room is properly ventilated. If you can’t find any solution, maybe it’s time to renew your gym membership.
