Prince Harry
The Royal family has made great efforts in de-stigmatizing mental health struggles by opening up about their own battles. In one interview, Prince Harry opened up about the panic attacks that plagued him after his mother’s death.
“In my case, every single time I was in any room with loads of people, which is quite often, I was just pouring with sweat, my heart beating-boom, boom, boom, boom-literally, just like a washing machine,” he explained. It wasn’t until he fought in Afghanistan that he realized he needed to seek professional help at the age of 28.
