Why do I feel like this is a video game?
We don’t get to see horses in metropolitan areas every day, and if we do see them, it’s because they are part of the American police. However, that’s certainly not the case in the above image since it’s pretty clear that the man riding the horse is not a police officer.
What’s even stranger is the fact that he seems to chase the kid with a red T-shirt. So, maybe Google Street View was actually the witness of something bizarre, if not cruel.
