Way before making her Hollywood film debut in the comedy The Hot Chick, Rachel McAdams worked at a McDonald’s restaurant for three years. According to the actress, she was far from the model employee, taking more time out of her shift to wash her hands than to serve customers.
“[I worked at McDonald’s] for a good three years,” McAdams told Glamour. “I was not a great employee; I broke the orange juice machine one day.” She added that it was a great place to work, but she had a little bit of an OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) thing with hand washing and just didn’t have time.
