What surprised everyone was his sudden role in Dead Poets Society as an English teacher, which catapulted him into fame and proved he could be more than just a funny man.
This appearance of the late actor on the red carpet happened soon after his first role in the dramatic movie, where he shocked everyone with his mustache and patterned shirt. Both of which contrasted heavily with his performance as the passionate English teacher that remained in everyone’s life.
