Olivia de Havilland
Born on July 1, 1916, in Tokyo, Japan, this iconic actress was considered one of the last surviving members of the Golden Age of Hollywood when she passed peacefully from natural causes aged 104. The two time Academy Award winning star originally made her name opposite Errol Flynn but she would soon go on to cement her place in cinematic history with her role as Melanie Hamilton in the 1939 classic, Gone with the Wind.

Fascinating. Really enjoyed this
It’s a shame the younger generations know nothing about these actors nor any of the best actors of the ’40s and ’50s.
I remember most, well. Especially Honor Blackman / “Pussy Galore”.
Olivia and Errol made 9 movies together. They are some of the most entertaining films ever produced. Their chemistry together was so natural and engaging. I suspect Olivia has a life time crush on Errol, too bad he had a life time crush on every screen lady !
“The Adventures of Robin Hood” is magnificent and she was a perfect Maid Marian!
Like this. Hope you keep it coming.
I remember them all.
Hard to believe that their gone.
Everyone a great actor.
Don’t forget Bond,James Bond.
Olivia DeHavilland and Kirk Douglas, two super stars who were stars when the name “star” meant something.
I remember most, it gives may approximate away almost, hint: I am a senior but god have a grandchild to some, I cant imagine living past 100, however I hope I am blessed to do so, the road ahead is shorter, LOL
