Now with a pandemic upon our heads, this habit is not as common as it used to be, but the pandemic will not stay forever with us, so it’s best to know this. Your local burglar knows if you tend to let delivery people inside.
Retired NYPD police officer and author of Prepared Not Scared, Bill Stanton, said that he also pleads guilty of letting the pizza and dry cleaning delivery guy inside. And we should be aware of the number of strangers who come into our homes weekly. Like we’ve mentioned before, your local burglar could be the pizza guy, too.
