Technological devices
From a medical perspective, technological devices such as your tablet, laptop, or any screen that emits EMFs (electric and magnetic fields) and blue light don’t belong in your bedroom. So, try to keep your bedroom a screen-free zone, especially when your job implies a laptop.
Most technological devices tend to interfere with sleep and relaxation. The worst thing you could possibly do is falling asleep while using your phone or tablet. If you can’t stay away from your phone, at least use it on night mode. Ahh, and before bedtime, try to keep your hands off of any screen. An hour or so of staying screen-free should be enough to get quality sleep.
