Anything that is work-related
Sadly, most employees tend to work in bed. Statistics show that 8 in 10 people work while on their beds, and the statistics were available before the pandemic. Since most of us are still working from home, the number could be higher now. That’s why keeping anything that’s work-related in your bedroom is a bad idea.
This bad habit can affect your sleep in several ways. The word bedroom contains “bed” in it. It’s for sleep, not for work. Now, let’s suppose that your home space doesn’t allow you to have a home office… At least work from your living room. Ahh, and please remove any work-related papers from your bedroom. (*Thank you!)
