Empire star Terrence Howard has baffled the world with his math solving skills. Or, rather, he’s baffled the world by trying to educate us and by proving that math is just wrong.
Howard vehemently believes that 1 x 1 = 2 because, well… We’ll let you read the explanation for yourself.
“If one times one equals one, that means that two is of no value because one times itself has no effect. One times one equals two because the square root of four is two. So, what’s the square root of two? Should be one. But we’re told it’s two, and that cannot be”.
If you can’t make sense of that, don’t worry… not a lot of people can. Howard even ‘published’ his theory on Twitter in a series he called “UNBALANCED EQUATION ARGUMENT 1 x 1 doesn’t = 1 It equals 2”.
One person even went as far as to say “I understand why you got thrown off Iron Man now.” Ouch…
