Long Bottle Necks
Who decided on the shape of a bottle? Seriously, why are they shaped like that? Why are they unique and yet why do most bottles follow the same format, with a slightly bigger bottom and mid section, with long necks?
Well, it’s all because of efficiency! These allow people to handle bottles a lot safer than, say, picking up bottles that were in the shape of mason jars, while also allowing manufacturers to use smaller bottle caps.
Of course, the experience of drinking is also significantly improved! As opposed to drinking from a cup, you normally don’t have to worry about spills when drinking from bottles with longer necks.
