#9 Tweet: A Luton Airport employee posted a photo of a plane crash in Chicago
It’s definitely not the best idea to yell something like “plane crash” in an airport, but a Luton Airpot employee thought that posting a photo on Twitter about a plane crash in Chicago is. Maybe he thought that his post would bring much more clients to Luton Airport because he also added that this would never happen in Luton Airport since they have specific instructions when it snows.
Well, his poor marketing strategy went down the drain as soon as people found out that a six-year-old boy died due to the plane crash. As a result, the man lost his job, and Luton Airport publicly apologized in the name of their former employee.
