In medical jargon, there is a certain expression for medical errors that should never happen. It is called “never events” and describes exactly the things that doctors shouldn’t do.
However, as we all know by now, all humans make mistakes from time to time, even the most prepared ones. With that being said, there are also doctors who happen to make shocking mistakes during surgeries or consultations.
