We know. Sometimes when you see this state in the news your mind can not help going to Florida man: What has he done now? Well, we do not truly know what he has done for this law to be passed, but it must have been pretty horrible.

It is illegal in Florida to try to sell or transfer custody or control of a minor. Generally, it goes without saying that no matter how annoying your child’s behavior might be, you cannot attempt to get rid of them in any way, so this law verges from slightly weird to downright creepy. Someone must have tried to sell their kid it for it to become a law.

1. Idaho

Following up on the common-sense became law list, comes Idaho with their ban on cannibalism. Surprisingly, it is the only state that has this as a punishable offense in its legislature.

Its goes without saying that trying to eat someone else is not a good thing, consensually or not. However, the law also mentions blood as it clarifies in the text. They made sure all of their bases were covered. The poor vampires will have to choose another state to reside in unless they want the police knocking at their door.
