Grand Canyon National Park
Of course, this wouldn’t be an RV destination for spring list if we didn’t include the Grand Canyon National Park. Of course, visiting in the summer is always a good option, but heading on over a little earlier will help you miss the crowds.
On top of enjoying the canyon itself, you’ll come face to face with blankets of flowers, including white violets, baby white asters, ground cherries, primroses, and Rocky Mountain irises. This will be the perfect opportunity for a family photo shoot, especially if you find a backdrop with blooming cactuses or animals that call the Grand Canyon their homes, including elk calves and fawns.
There’s only one in-park RV campground, the Trailer Village Park, with full hookups and access to the canyon’s rim.
