3. Crowding outside

Since not all U.S. restaurants are at full capacity (in fact, most of them function at 50 percent capacity), it can get pretty crowded outside. It’s not the restaurant personnel’s fault! Don’t make a scene because the wait time for getting a table gas increased.

Wait silently and while you’re outside, keep the distance. No one is going to take your place! Even better… Instead of waiting impatiently in front of the restaurant, take a short walk down the street or around the block. You’ll keep yourself safe while preventing uncomfortable situations (the restaurant staff will thank you for that).
