Piles of receipts
We are all guilty of keeping piles of receipts; I mean… who isn’t? But we should dedicate a specific drawer or space for our receipts. And we are not referring to all of them. If you don’t need them for your taxes and deductions, there’s no need to keep all of them.
Also, it’s a good idea to organize them. Use a notebook to attach each receipt and sort them by date. It will take a while to organize your piles of receipts, but believe me; it is worth it. Nevertheless, your receipt notebook should be kept in a kitchen drawer or in a place where your kids or grandkids don’t have access.
