Doctors around the world recommend that you do not have to avoid emergencies due to coronavirus and you should go for a consultation only if absolutely necessary. 

Dr. Robert Poirier, director of the Barnes Jewish emergency department and an emergency medicine physician at Washington University School of Medicine, said that “many people are afraid to go to the ER — incorrectly thinking they will pick up the coronavirus.” But he insists to go to the hospital if you are sick or have a genuine emergency.
