2. You’re having the same conversation over and over again
Having the same conversation, discussion, or argument over and over again is really exhausting. It would be a great idea to talk to a specialist, because a good conversation shouldn’t end with let’s agree to disagree.
“If you come back to the same initial hurt or wound no matter what the subject is, your negative dance becomes pattern, and it becomes hard to break through and do something different,” explains Melissa Divaris Thompson, LMFT.
