
7. You use an old loofah
Another thing you should never do in the shower is using an old loofah. Your loofah or other bath sponges are the perfect breeding ground for bacteria. Generally, washcloths are better (and healthier) than loofahs and poufs, but if you don’t wash them and dry them as soon as you’re done using them, forget about them.
Cleaning and drying them out in between uses is essential. If you think you can’t do this every single time, throw your old loofah and buy new ones. Replace them as often as you can in order to prevent bacteria from growing.

Tremendously important information especially about the use of Loofahs, who knew! I also never knew that I should be using Ph bar soap rather than Dove! I don’t even know what that is, but I’ll certainly check it out.
