#4 Tweet: Three firefighters in Toronto got fired for being misogynists
After publishing a tweet, three firefighters lost their jobs, and between us (and the rest of the Internet), they deserve it. Here’s why: “I’d never let a woman kick my a**. If she tried something I’d be like hey! you get your b*tch a** back in the kitchen and make me some pie!”
Although a part of the tweet was actually a quote from South Park, Matt Bowman had no excuse. And it wasn’t his first sexist post. His colleague, Lawaun Edwards, got fired too for the same accusation. However, the Toronto Fire Services never revealed details about the third firefighter who got fired, but it seems that his firing was the result of posting a photo on Facebook, according to a TV channel.
