Pharmacists around the world recommend that you have to follow hygiene rules and washing our hands as often as possible for at least twenty seconds.
But if you are in a public space and you do not have access to water and soap, “hand sanitizer is the next best thing” says Gianni Del Negro, a pharmacist at London Drugs’ Dunbar store in Vancouver, Canada. Also, do not forget to clean the household surfaces that you touch daily, such as doorknobs, switches, remote and phone.
