Charlize Theron would love to buy her groceries without being followed and photographed but has found it unattainable since she found fame. She has openly discussed the fact that she does not like the term celebrity.
She also doesn’t like the concept that if someone is a celebrity, their life is up for grabs. Being born in South Africa made people’s heads turn right from the start. But her ability to turn into the characters she portrays has kept people very interested in her for years.
I’m sure we’ve all had a hard time coming to terms with the fact that that was Theron who played Aileen Wuornos in “Monster.”
