He became one of the funniest men of his generation, and now he has to live with the consequences—one of them being taking pictures with fans, which he hates. Widely criticized for this statement, he explained that he misses when people still used pen and paper for an autograph.
He has also refused to take pictures with fans when in a massive crowd due to the many cameras awaiting him, making him feel like Santa at the mall. To be fair, he has stated that one of his greatest satisfaction is seeing audience reactions to his work.
