4. Dollar store items come in small-sized packages.

We are all tempted to buy a bag of flour from a dollar store, for obvious reasons, it’s cheaper. But have you looked at its size? Dollar store items often come in smaller sized packages, and if you’re not paying attention, you might be fooled.

A typical bag of flour found in your local grocery store weighs 80 oz, while a dollar store bag of flour weighs 32 oz. So, it’s cheaper because it’s smaller!

Another beloved dollar store product that comes in a smaller size is milk. Usually, for one dollar bill, you’ll get 16 oz of milk at your local dollar store. For 128 oz (a gallon), you will probably pay approximately 8 dollars at a dollar store.

So, is your local dollar store friend or foe? Definitely foe (at least when it comes to milk).

Knowing the next thing will definitely be good for your health…..
