7. Yard Sales
Everybody loves yard sales, but, sadly, 2020 has made them a hard find. And while you can always host a virtual yard/garage sale, nothing compares to the old-fashion way. I would say 100 times YES to normal yard sales (even when it’s raining cats and dogs) than hunting on a virtual tour certain items.
Plus… have you seen American Pickers finding gems online? I most certainly did not… So, I can’t wait to dive into someone else’s ‘trash’ to find hidden treasures such as jewelry and paintings that could be worth thousands of dollars.
