Solo Cup Lines
Speaking of cups, everyone has had some experience with solo cups before, right? They’re everywhere! They’re the beverage holder of choice for a lot of gatherings, especially during our college years- and they’re also great for beer pong.
So, suffice it to say, they’re pretty versatile. So versatile, in fact, that manufacturers designed them with different beverages in mind. The lines on the solo cups are there to indicate how much alcohol you should pour in.
The first line is meant to indicate one shot, the second line is the equivalent of one glass, and the final one indicates 12 ounces- which is also exactly one bottle of beer!
