As the saying goes, ‘you get what you pay for,’ and some dollar store products make no exception. If you find yourself at the kitchen aisle, hurry up! Most dollar store kitchen utensils are not worth the money. For instance, dollar store knives are often dull.
The hardware aisle has some issues too. According to a FatWallet shopping expert, hammers or screwdrivers bought at dollar stores are poorly manufactured. We can even say that they are for one-use only. And this is true for all items found in the hardware aisle.
Even if you do recognize a certain brand, don’t buy it from a dollar store! Oftentimes brand name manufacturers use poor quality parts and pieces to make hardware items that go to dollar stores.
