3. Hugs
Another thing that we will not take for granted anymore? Hugging! Before the pandemic, hugging seemed like a normal thing to do when seeing family members and friends. However, COVID-19 thought that we are way too emotional and happy (maybe it’s a Grinch in disguise).
And I don’t know about you, but I haven’t hugged my parents for almost a year and, obviously, virtual hugs are not the same. We are huggers by nature, so when all this transforms into a distant nightmare, I can’t wait to hug my relatives and close friends.
Plus, studies suggest that hugging may minimize the chance a person will get sick.
